Once your request is submitted:

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 48–72 hours
  • The amount will be sent to:
    • Your bank account, or
    • Your PEUJE wallet

Damages & Wrong Items

Please check your order when you receive it.

If the product is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products (except under the 30-day guarantee process)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Important Note

  • Refund requests without proper proof (images + order ID) will not be accepted
  • Items sent back without approval will not be processed
